Any issues with your order?

Our return policy is very simple, even though we do our best to keep our successful delivery rate of 99%, issues rarely occur and we are always here to fix them as quickly as possible. All you need to do is to notify us together with supporting photos of the product and the boxes it has arrived in. For any damaged artwork, wrong image, or incorrect size artwork we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. We would like you to have the greatest shopping experience at every stage on our website.

Cancellation Policy

  1. We accept cancellation request(s). You can cancel the order from your customer panel or write to us on hello@artociti.com
  2. International orders are not eligible for cancellation if the item has been shipped already. 
  3. For a customized artwork, we can only consider a cancellation request if the following conditions are met:
    • If an artist has not started working on your project
    • If the artist has not started work on your ordered mural
    • If the artist has not started work on your ordered painting

Return Policy for artworks delivered in India

  1. We accept return request(s) within 3 Days of delivery of your product in case of an issue. A full refund will be initiated.
  2. No cancellation request will be accepted after 3 Days of delivery. No refund will be made in this case.
  3. Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for return unless damaged/defective piece received. A free replacement will be provided. We recommend you make a opening video for faster redressal of the issue.
  4. For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
  5. If the external packaging is damaged as well as the product inside is damaged, raise an exchange request by dropping us an email with product images.
  6. If the outer packaging is without any damage, we highly recommend you make a short video while opening the package and if the product inside is damaged, share the video with us. This will help us ascertain the cause of damage and make your exchange process smooth.
  7. Credit Note / Refund can be provided by ARTOCITI if replacement is not in stock. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick-up of original item. Payment made through Credit / Debit cards will be reversed to the same card, Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account.
  8. For returns/replacement, the product should be packed in its original packaging.
  9. Returns are not eligible on large sized products valued above Rs 14000. Only replacements are provided, for orders where a damage in transit has occurred. 
  10. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the day we receive the item back in our warehouse in its orignal packing and without any damages or wear & tear.
  11. Express Shipping charges if paid while ordering the item will not be refunded incase of order cancellation.
  12. A payment processing fees of 2.5% will be deducted while issuing the refund.
  13. Orders booked on EMI through the website are not eligible for refunds; only store credit will be issued for the remaining balance after necessary deductions.
  14. The final right to accept or decline cancellation/refund remains with artociti.com. 
  15. In certain cases, the customers may be required to return items at their own cost in some situations, such as when the order is from a union territory where returns incur significant shipping costs.
  16. COD Policy for Large-Size Canvases: Due to the low frequency of large-size canvas orders and limited storage for potential returns, a 10% advance payment is required before shipping, with the remaining 90% payable on delivery. Thank you for your understanding and support in this regard!
  17. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be denied to select customers with high RTO (Return to Origin) analytics data, who may be asked for partial payment.

Returns for Customized Artworks

Returns are not accepted for custom made artworks irrespective of whether it was ordered framed or unframed, delivered in India or outside India. However customers can request for additional images to be emailed before we ship the item. Our artists will revise it if needed, based on your inputs and until you are satisfied with the outcome.

Return Policy for artworks delivered outside India.

We do not accept return requests for paintings and murals delivered outside India owing to customs/shipping complications in bringing them back. In order to give a clear picture on what to expect, International customers can request us for additional images of the artwork before we ship, by sending us an email on hello@artociti.com  after the order is placed. Once the item is about to be shipped, we will take hi-resolution images and send to you for approval. We will ship only when you approve. For customized handmade paintings or murals, we will revise the artwork based on your feedback until you are satisfied and ship it once you approve.

Return Process

If eligible for returns, you can raise return request in your Artociti account, or you can also drop us an email mentioning which items you would like to return. Our staff will provide packing instructions and arrange pickup of the artwork from your home. If you had paid online using cards / online banking – we will refund to the same account. If you had paid using NEFT/RTGS – we will ask you for your bank account number and IFSC code for processing refunds. We do not levy any return fee.

For Lost / Damaged Shipments

In rare case of lost shipments, we will offer full refund irrespective of the delivery location or framing state. In rare case of delivery of damaged artwork, we will offer refund amounts or provide an exchange based on the condition of the same. This will be taken case on case basis once reported to us.

*Minor Scratches:
In an unlikely event that your wall art arrives with minor damages, don't worry. We've got you covered. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends to providing on-site repair solutions. We will provide you with a convenient repair kit that includes everything you need to address those minor damages. Our customer support team will be more than happy to assist you with step-by-step instructions.

COD ORDERS: 

We offer COD on our website, however for order value above 20000, a 10% non-refundable advance payment is required prior to shipment dispatch, with the remaining 90% payable upon delivery. This policy helps manage forward shipping costs and even greater reverse shipping costs, ensuring efficient service.

Please note we confirm all COD orders via call, our team will reach out to you to get the confirmation and only once you approve, we will get your piece ready and ship it out.
