Important Terms & Customisation Policy

To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, please read our customisation and payment terms carefully:

1. Minimum 25% advance payment is mandatory, even for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This is required to begin the design and customisation process.

2. Only two revisions are allowed once the first draft of the artwork has been shared with you.

3. No changes, returns, or exchanges will be accepted after you approve the final artwork and the canvas has been printed or dispatched.

4. If there are more people in the uploaded photo than mentioned in your order details, our team will reach out to collect the applicable additional payment before proceeding.

5. If for any reason the customer decides not to proceed after seeing the digital file, advance will not be refunded.

6. Please note, the advance paid for custom canvas portrait orders is non-refundable in case of order cancellation by the customer, for any reason.

7. We offer up to 2 complimentary revisions for custom canvas portraits. Additional revisions beyond that will be charged at ₹100 per revision
