Cancellation Policy
- We accept cancellation request(s) within 2 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be initiated in this case.
- No cancellation request will be accepted after 2 hours of placing the order. No refund will be made in this case.
- For a customized artwork, we can only consider a cancellation request if the following conditions are met:
- If an artist has not started working on your project
- If the artist has not started work on your ordered mural
- If the artist has not started work on your ordered painting
Return Policy for artworks delivered in India
- Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product.
- For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
- If the external packaging is damaged as well as the product inside is damaged, raise an exchange request by dropping us an email with product images.
- If the outer packaging is without any damage, we highly recommend you make a short video while opening the package and if the product inside is damaged, share the video with us. This will help us ascertain the cause of damage and make your exchange process smooth.
- Credit Note / Refund can be provided by ARTOCITI if replacement is not in stock. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick-up of original item. Payment made through Credit / Debit cards will be reversed to the same card, Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account.
- Express Shipping charges if paid while ordering the item will not be refunded incase of order cancellation.
- A payment processing fees of 2.5% will be deducted while issuing the refund.Β

Returns for Customized Artworks
Returns are not accepted for custom made artworks irrespective of whether it was ordered framed or unframed, delivered in India or outside India. However customers can request for additional images to be emailed before we ship the item. Our artists will revise it if needed, based on your inputs and until you are satisfied with the outcome.
Return Policy for artworks delivered outside India.
We do not accept return requests for paintings and murals delivered outside India owing to customs/shipping complications in bringing them back. In order to give a clear picture on what to expect, International customers can request us for additional images of the artwork before we ship, by sending us an email onΒ hello@artociti.comΒ after the order is placed. Once the item is about to be shipped, we will take hi-resolution images and send to you for approval. We will ship only when you approve. For customized handmade paintings or murals, we will revise the artwork based on your feedback until you are satisfied and ship it once you approve.

Return Process
If eligible for returns, you can raise return request in your Artociti account, or you can also drop us an email mentioning which items you would like to return. Our staff will provide packing instructions and arrange pickup of the artwork from your home. If you had paid online using cards / online banking β we will refund to the same account. If you had paid using NEFT/RTGS β we will ask you for your bank account number and IFSC code for processing refunds. We do not levy any return fee.
For Lost / Damaged Shipments
In rare case of lost shipments, we will offer full refund irrespective of the delivery location or framing state. In rare case of delivery of damaged artwork, we will offer refund amounts or provide an exchange based on the condition of the same. This will be taken case on case basis once reported to us.
